Hutton Business Park Terms and Conditions

Each unit is available on a new leasehold basis. The tenant can choose an 'easy in, easy out' lease or a more formal lease, subject to negotiation, where the tenant intends to remain in occupation for a longer period of time.

For 'easy in, easy out' terms the tenant will pay a contribution towards the landlord's administration costs and a three month rent bond on completion of the paperwork. The administration costs are to be paid to the managing agents prior to release of the legal papers.
